I have a PVA which is being connected to and successfully utilised by a 3rd party chat server provider. This connects via DirectLine.
However, none of the chats that occur within the 3rd party's UI (which connects and interacts with the bot) are being 'reported back' to the Dataverse tables and, therefore, not being shown in my Custom Analytics PowerBI report.
Is there something I am missing, or need to ensure that the 3rd party has configured to ensure that these chats (so all metadata, transcripts etc) are passed back to Dataverse?
