I've disabled all the topics in my bot and certain phones still get an older version of my bot. Is something getting cached somewhere?
I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

I'm not sure what do you mean. Can you explain what's your solution in more detail?

    Best regards,

If your question is about , copilot not using the latest version.

Yes, it’s likely that the old version of your bot is being cached somewhere, either on the client devices, within the browser/app being used to access the bot, or potentially on the server side.

On Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
On Safari (iOS): Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.

    Thanks.

    The setup is:
    • SMS workstream setup in CSW.
    • workstream has a bot that asks a few questions
      • Is this about and existing case or a new case
      • Existing
        • Using the phone number of incoming text, find a contact with that mobile number and see if there are existing cases ...
      • New
        • I can help open a new case, tell me about your issue and I'll create a case and get you routed to a live agent ...
    • I test my bot in Copilot Studio, and it works perfectly
    • I send a text using my iPhone and I'm getting engaged with a previous version of the bot as I was developing it and testing
    • If I text using a different iPhone, I get the current bot
I wouldn't think this would be a server caching issue?
