Hello Team,
I know that order entity is included with the D365 Sales license, however one of our Partners asked if it's possible to use the Order entity on a Customer Service Enterprise license considering its a non-restricted table?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @LicenseConcierg,
As long as you are not using the Sales apps requiring a license such as the Sales Hub to access the tables, you should be fine.
I believe the Sales Solution comes preinstalled in all Dynamics 365 enabled environments, so as long as the table is installed in the environment, you should be good to access the table via a custom Model driven app or configuring the Customer Service App.

Can a Customer Service Enterprise license and wants to perform Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) operations on the Order table?
Or, does this user need a Sales license?
Order is not in the restricted tables list -- so based on documentation, your Customer Service Enterprise or even Power Apps Per User licensed users can perform CRUD operations on the table.
ok, thanks! 🙂
