Hi All,
We are using forms in canvas app to create & update records in dataverse. The user should be able to click the new button to navigate to the new form and on clicking the edit option from the gallery, it should take to the edit form with prepopulated data. The form contains multiple fields types like Dropdown, Completed Date & Text fields. We have unlocked all field properties to make some updates and because of that, the datacard act as a custom card in form.
When I open the canvas app and navigate to create form, I am able to create a new record by adding the necessary details and the record is getting created in dataverse successfully. But, when I try to add or edit another record after that, all the fields stop working(on clicking the dropdown/date fields the field options sort of flickers for a fraction of a second). On refreshing the entire app, the forms start working temporarily. But, on adding/editing a record and then trying to create or update a different record, the issue starts to happen again.
The forms stop working when I try to create or update a second record and I do not receive any error. Can someone please help me with this problem and provide some suggestions for resolving it?
