Hi.

I've tried everything to get rid of this issue popping up, at any conversation Can anyone please help me?

Newest Update for my issue fixed:

In Copilot Studio _ Settings _ Generative AI _

Dynamic chaining with generative actions (preview)

Create conversations by letting AI find and connect the appropriate plugins in real time. Turned It Off... now my bot has not any System Error popping on.

Hi @LeonidasIona
Have you modified any of the system topics (like conversation start, etc) and could contain errors? Is this happening out of the box on a new copilot or just on a particular copilot that you have authored?
Can you share more information regarding what your copilot is doing?

I think this came right after i tried to modify my conversational boosting S. topic. I've tried to reset it to default but I get 'Failed to reset topic, try again'. Now I'm not sure that this is the particular thing that provokes this issue but i suspect it might be.
This bot isn't new.

Could you switch to the code editor view in your conversation boost topic and see if you spot any errors?

Maybe share the code here so I can compare with my conv boost topic?

I had a similar issue for my agent and in settings under Moderation, i switched it to moderate and all the errors i was running across 20% of the time stopped. on the settings page, if it's grayed out, click on Agent Details to switch pages and switch back to Generative AI and it was editable again. I hope it works for you.

@LeonidasIona thank you for taking the time to add your update, I had the same problem and your solution worked for me. Perhaps you would also copy and paste that into an answer down here so it can be marked as an answer and also voted up.

I found slightly updated formatting/labeling in the Settings panel, reflected in this version of your answer, when I followed your instructions:

In Copilot Studio [ Settings ] > Generative AI > Orchestration
Use generative AI orchestration for your agent's responses?

Turned It to NO ...
now my bot no longer has any SystemError popping up.
