I have a query from one of the clients.
Background:
- They want to use Omnichannel to
- track progress,
- manage tasks,
- perform approvals and
- collaborate
- E.g. IT dept can view tickets for users and their due dates.
- They are implementing universal adaptive cards using Power Virtual agents.
- They do not have Pro developer in the team
Challenge - They are using Universal Adaptive Cards version 1.4
- The client is claiming that not all channels (Outlook, Teams) support it.
Microsoft document shares that it does support
But it requires a professional developer. - Question: Is it possible to have Omni-channel with PVA with adaptive cards?
Any guidance on how to achieve this with some reference will be highly appreciated.
