Per App Plan without Office 365 Business Premium

Hi,

 

I'm working on a Model Driven App and I would like to manage licenses for a small amount of users. I think Per App Plan is the way to go. According to About Power Apps per app plan I can purchase the licenses in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

But I cannot login to the admin center. I think this is because I don't have an Office 365 Business Premium subscription (but I do have an Azure Subscription). Are there any alternatives?

    Hi @krombipils ,

    Do you want to buy license for users in office365 admin center?

    Firstly, let me explain why you can not log in  office365 admin center.

    Logging in office365 admin center does not need a license.

    So not having Office 365 Business Premium subscription  is not the reason.

    The key point is permission. You need to have permissions to access the admin center for your organization.

     

    Secondly, you could assign user license in two places:

    1)office365 admin center:

    https://admin.microsoft.com

    2)azure admin center:

    https://portal.azure.com

    But to log in azure admin center, you also need to be admin of your talent.

    Please contact the admin of your talent to give you this permission.
