I'm trying to embed a chatbot created with Microsoft Copilot Studio into my Shopify store, but I encountered the following error during testing:

Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. We're investigating.
Error code: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel
Conversation ID: 4kzwnZeUf9oFW3BEUmmvfU-as

My Configuration:

Authentication setting: No authentication
Embed code: I added the following <iframe> code into my Shopify theme.liquid file:

Hello,

are you using any resources which need authentication? It seems like it wants to take something, but it's unable to do so, because your bot is public.

It seems like the bot might indeed be trying to access resources that require authentication, but the bot is configured as "No authentication" (public). Could you please clarify:

How can I identify which resources might be causing this issue?

Are there specific settings in Copilot Studio that I should disable to ensure no authentication is required?

If the bot cannot function fully in "No authentication" mode, what would be the recommended workaround for embedding the bot on a public Shopify website?
