Insufficient Privileges | Enabling OneDrive for Business

Hi There,

 

I am trying to enable OneDrive for business in order to integrate it.

 

To enable it I am in PP admin --> Environments --> settings --> Integration --> document management settings --> Enable OneDrive for 

 

However, I get 'current user have insufficient privileges'

-- Admin365 user is 'Global Administrator' 

-- PP Admin user is 'System Administrator'

-- User has M365 standard business license

 

What am I missing?

    Same issue here since January 2023. I was told a fix would come in January 2024. It seems not!
