Identical Dropdown from 2 different Sharepoint Lists

Dear Community,

I can not figure out my current issue and hope someone here can help me out.

Background:

There are 2 Sharepoint Lists as DataSource.

1. QCBS: (it stores all the incoming Data from the Power APP -> the app uses the Form from the QCBS List)

Sharepoint.Locations1.png

2. ProductType: A table of Locations based on Product Type(Title)

My issue:

Before the form you see in the first image the user selects the product type and presses a button to get to the form.

Based on the selected Product the location shows only the possible choices.

- The imported Location dropdown from the QCBS list in the 1st image is hidden

Sharepoint.Locations2.png

- instead the Location dropdown you see in the 1st image is a new dropdown which uses the ProductType Location as source.

- based on this selection the QCBS Location should update.

- both have same entries available (Producttype=single line of text & QCBS=choice)

Is this even possible with text & choice?

Best regards

Is QCBS locations a dropdown or combobox?  If you are unsure, you can select it and look on the right in the DataCardValue DataPane.

In your DataCardValue 'DefaultSelectedItems' property, set it to:

    NewDropdown.Selected.Location
