we have Office 365. I have created a shared list in Sharepoint and now want to create an intranet form and link it to this list. however, he doesn't find the list in Power Apps. what could that be?

Does the user have permission to read the list's data?
The easiest way is to have the user log into the SharePoint list directly and check if he can see the data.
If the user can see the data in sp list, then the problem is on PoweApps' side. Please provide some screenshots about your app.
If the user cannot see the data in sp list, please give the user enough permissions.
