Working with the (new) Barcode Scanner control for a power app to be used on mobile devices; trying to use the "inline scan" mode (as opposed to the mode that opens the scanner up in fullscreen mode); however, this mode seems to exclude the use of the device flashlight.
The "non-inline" mode has a button that allows the flashlight to be turned on and off; however, there seems to be no mechanism to do this for the "inline" mode. The retired control seems to have a property "FlashLightEnabled" for this purpose, but the new control does not.
If the user turns the flashlight on while using the app, a message appears stating that it "cannot be turned on because the light is being used by Power Apps", so they cannot even turn the flashlight on manually. If the light is turned on prior to launching the app, it immediately turns itself off as soon as the scanner is visible.
Anyone have any experience with this, and perhaps a workaround for the new control?
