allow notifications whilst on another tab

how do i enable notification when a chat comes in and i am on another tab. whilst using the omnichannel agent i was not seeing notification of a new chat as i was in another tab. is there a way to enable this please?

    If you are using Omnichannel, you can use this link (I think that will help you):

    But unfortunately, using Power Virtual Agents you cannot receive notifications yet.
