OOTB solution to build a community page

Hello, I am exploring some solutions for an online forum. We have a portal (on Power Portal) which is built for our members who access via sign-ins. We would like to introduce an online forum feature that would allow our members to collaborate, share ideas, and get latest announcements from the Admin about new offers, etc. Is there an existing feature/ add-on within Power Portal that we could leverage and customise the forum? Any advice would be greately appreciate. Thanks.
