Media is Missing at Teams

Hi Everyone,

Currently having an issue after publishing a trial bot. My objective is just to try the Message (Media) capability of PVA. On the web the media is actually visible.

But after publishing it on teams the media is no longer visible.

Would appreciate any advice on this concern. Thanks!

@yncent28 what type of media is it? If it is a video, Teams platform does not currently support video card from bots yet.

Hi! The media I actually used is an image.
To be more specific the image is stored at sharepoint.

@micchow - I've just been browsing as I was having the same issue while trying to get a video playing on Teams using a video card but it didn't work. Is there any estimated times of when this function will be enabled?
