Error when publish the Power Apps

Hi, 

I am retreieving the Power Apps from 2022. So It working fine on my side and I am about to publish the Power app but there is error: 

Didn't Publish

There is a problem publishing your app. 

 

Detail: 

Multiple errors occurred: 'Forbidden,Forbidden'. Please see details.

Session ID: ...


How do I find the problem to resolve?

    Download the msapp file.

    Create new power apps.

    Press Ctrl + O

    Open the msapp file which you downloaded.

    Save

    Publish.

    I ran into the same issue. Fixed by hitting "save as" and then click on replace existing and select the app that's having an issue.
