Flows not triggering after an environment copy. Confirmed environment is not admin mode

  1. Copied sandbox environment to a newly created environment.
  2. I have one managed solution and another unmanaged solution.
  3. Created connection for the primary connection reference.
  4. Turned on all relevant flows.
No flows will trigger from the model driven app
 
Troubleshooting steps:
  1. Confirmed that the environment is not in admin mode.
  2. Added a security group.
  3. Removed trigger on a sample flow and added it back according to Solved: Flow not being triggered after environment copy ? (powerplatform.com)
 
I cannot get the flows to trigger regardless of troubleshooting steps. Does anyone have any advice?

    It's a known thing that after environment copy the default flow state is "turned off", so generally you can write a powershell or power automate to list flows -> turn them on one by one, however, if your flows are already turned on and still not triggering, then just check once if the connectors are valid, else raise it with support.

    Please check your connection reference once. when you restore the environment then connections are break so create new connection again.
    Also, if connection is fine and flow is not trigger thing test your flow manually once or re deploy your solution.
