AI Model "Needs Attention" - Retrains for hours, then Fails

Hi,

I'm having issues with an AI Model for document processing. Model is taking 6+ hours to retrain, and then fails each time. I'm unable to define the error AI Builder is receiving in order to fix any issues present.

I'm at a standstill with the model and losing so much time because of it.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi Samiak,

I have over 25 collections with hundreds of tagged documents. It would take weeks to months to redo the work.

I have other models that seem to train just fine. Which leads me to believe that there isn't an issue with the environment.

Is it possible to delete this model and recreate and verify if new model training works?
