Duplicate Emails from Power Automate Flow (how to remove 'apply to each' function?)

I am new to PowerAutomate and am creating a flow for reminder emails from a SharePoint list.  I am having problems with one of the channels in my flow.  It is sending duplicate emails to each of the recipients intended for the email.  I suspect the error is coming from the “apply to each” function above the email function (see screenshot).  The problem is, I don’t know how to remove the “apply to each”.  It automatically generates when I add the “send an email (V2)” action.  Can someone help?

Note, I am creating the flow from a dummy dataset, so my variables all start with “fake”.

The 'Apply to all' happens when the results of a query are multiple records (an array), so you can't remove it. Instead of sending a bunch of emails each time something happens, have you thought of sending one email a week with all the items? Or should this be an immediate notification?

@D365Goddess  Thanks for your response.  How can I stop the flow from sending duplicate emails?  The "Termination Dates" could fall on any day of the week.  My flow depends on being able to cross check against a "Termination Date" in the SP list (see screenshots).  If I have the flow check only once a week, wouldn't it miss 6 dates out of that week?

    Thanks and Happy Holidays!!
