If a Copilot Studio license is already active, what is the additional cost for acquiring only increased message capacity, what packages are available, and what interactions are counted as messages?

Hello,

every interaction with the chat is counted as a message, except the ones that are performed in the test chat during development. In case the bot is using a generative action to prepare a response, then it uses 2 messages instead of 1.

For now you can increase the capacity just by another 25000 messages for 200$/month. MS also introduced a new form of subscription - pay-as-you-go for 0.01$ per message. If you're not filling the limits, then I guess the second option would be more affordable, but you'd need to calculate this. :-)
