Dear All,

I'm new in Power Apps. Just need some clarification. The power apps can be shared to everyone without need to add the email? Like just share the app link, and they can fill up the details in the apps and submit the form. Is that possible with power apps?

A - develop the apps, and publish it (without adding the B email address as guest user) then he/she will share the link to B

B - will open the apps on browser and fill up the details without need to or anything?

Is that possible to achieve something like above with power apps?

    Hi , @nurulausah

This is my understand for your question:
A - fill up data through power page (Outside organization, we share the link of public power pages, so he/she does not need to login)   : Yes , if you share the Power Page as public , everyone can access the power pages.

B - view the data from the apps (Staff from our organization).   To access the Power app in the Power Page still need the account and the corresponding license.

    Best Regards,

Re: Share Power Apps Outside Organization

@v-yueyun-msft This time I'm not sharing the power apps to the public, only the power pages. Is it possible to share the power page by link only, because I have created a form in power page and user can fill up the info from there.

So I'll use power apps for my organization only to view the data inputted from the power page using the model driven apps.

So my question is, if the user input the data from power pages, the apps still can show the data for my organization right?

    The situation is like.

A - fill up data through power page (Outside organization, we share the link of public power pages, so he/she does not need to login)
B - view the data from the apps (Staff from our organization)

Is that possible for me to achieve as above by using both together?

    Hi , @nurulausah

As searched, the user need to login in and then can use this app . Sharing Power page as public can not make difference for Power App access in my understand.

    • If your website uses any other sign-in mechanism or is not authenticated, your users see a sign-in prompt on the iframe. After they sign-in, they will be able to run the app as long as the author of the app has shared it with them.

    Hi , @nurulausah

According to your description, you want to share your app to the external user in your side.

According to my understanding and search, users who access the app first need to have an account and the corresponding license. For more information, you can refer to :
Solved: Sharing a canvas app outside of the organisation? - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

Second, to share with users outside the organization, we need to add the user as a guest user, and we need to share the app and the connection that the app is applied to. For more information, you can refer to :
