import csv file to sharepoint using power apps

Hello, could someone help me with a few questions? I have never used flows.

I need to create an application that allows loading, either manually or through a CSV file, to fill the row of names in the SharePoint list.

Example of what I want to achieve.

 

So far, my interface looks like this. I've added a form for manual loading. Additionally, I've included a button to invoke the flow and load the CSV file. This button should point to a 'patch,' correct

My workflow, in general, looks like this. Could you give me some recommendations to ensure I'm not making any mistakes?

    Hi  @Lune_ ,

    The process is a fair bit more complex than that -  has a great video on the process.

    Also one of mine is below which also includes a date format change.
