User getting ""Error when trying to retrieve data from the network" error, but this error doesn't show up for the owner of the app.

I am working on a power app where users can submit a request, via edit form. In my testing, users complain about this error when they try to submit a request but when I try to submit a request, it works. I have a lookup field in the form that links to a different table, I don't know if this is causing the error.
