I have created a topic and want to point at a specific PDF for the Generative answers for that topic only anytime I add in the onedrive link it doesn't return any answers.
I have tried using a sharepoint link and that doesnt work. I have pointed at an External website and that works just fine.
How can I get this to read a specific file for this single topic? I have set up manual auth instead of Teams auth so that it shouldn't have any issues reading sharepoint or onedrive content.
SharePoint URLs in Gen Answers can't be more than two levels deep, so this is not likely to work.
So is there no way to ask an answer to point at a specific file area? I want narrow down the Gen Answer to a certain topic (in this case, a specific HR policy PDF) instead of using the overall Gen AI that is used across the bot overall (our HR Sharepoint pages).
You can point Gen Answers at a specific document library. Does this help? Otherwise, it would have to be more of a custom solution.
It needs to be a specific policy, not just a document library. Can you point me towards any guidance around a more custom solution?
