Over the past few weeks, there have been some notable incidents that have affected the reliability of the platform. Two weeks ago, the client reported a critical bug in production, stating that none of the videos were working on the chatbot. Interestingly, the issue seemed to resolve itself within a day without any changes made to the platform.
However, earlier this week, the same issue resurfaced. Once again, the business reported that the videos were not functioning within the platform. While the problem seemed to persist for a longer duration this time, I noticed that as of yesterday, the videos are now working perfectly fine.

Is it possible if we could get 2 weeks prior notice when new updates are being rolled out so that we could pause the developments in the lower environments.
