This rule creates a circular reference between properties, which is not allowed.
A property cannot reference itself or other properties affected by its value.
There are 2 textinput controls Name Textinput and Textinput2
If(Dropdown.Selected.Value="Metric",Textinput.Text,Value(Textinput.Text*25.4))
If(Dropdown.Selected.Value="Imperial",Textinput2.Text,Textinput2.Text/25.4)

Is there a way to fix this issue

You do not explain where the expressions are

If(Dropdown.Selected.Value="Metric",Textinput.Text,Value(Textinput.Text*25.4))
If(Dropdown.Selected.Value="Imperial",Textinput2.Text,Textinput2.Text/25.4)

where did you type these?

If you typed them in each other meaning 2 in 1 and 1 in 2 you cannot do that as it just keeps bouncing it back and force

Can you explain please what you need and we can help

Hi All, OnChange property of Textinput control i wanted to add this code and viceversa where
If(Dropdown.Selected.Value="Metric",Textinput.Text,Value(Textinput.Text*25.4))
If(Dropdown.Selected.Value="Imperial",Textinput2.Text,Textinput2.Text/25.4)

if any changes i make on textinputcontrol will show changes in Textinputcontrol2 and if any changes i make on TextinputControl2 show in textinputcontrol. (using this i will make changes for conversion inch to millmeter using these 2 controls )is there a way to fix this
