Error when trying to get copilot to analyze image

Hi, 
 
I am trying to create a bot that analyses what image is being sent. However when I attempt to send an image file I get the below error.
 
 
Generative AI is enabled and Image input is also enabled. 
 
 
When trying to look up the error all it give me is to contact Microsoft Support. I am missing something or do I need to have a specific license to be able to do this?

    • Don't exceed a total of 15 MB for all uploaded images in a single conversation. Any images uploaded after the 15 MB limit can't be used to generate answers.

    Hi ,
     
    Enabling the Image input is simple as mentioned by you in your query. 
     
    Can i check if the same response error occurs for all the images you are trying? Also are you using Copilot studio trial?
     
    It should work atleast for few times initially. You can disable the premium feature to enhance the search results and try again. 
     
     
     
     
    I have faced similar issue sometimes if we use the trial environment. Since the resources are limited, it can answer for couple of time and will throw error. Later try after sometime, it will work.

    I now have a full Copilot license but it seems that its giving me the same error when I ask it to analyse a image.

    i had this error when i was not in environnement with "new feature early" : did you try in this kind of env ? (it s only avaiable as env param when you create a new env in US zone)

    I have tried agents in 2 different environments. Our default environment as well as a supported environment.

    You can find the toggle : ONLY when you create  NEW environnement (some time you need to select United States as Region)
    On the screenshot below it's europe but yestereday i had to create in United States Region.
     
    You CAN NOT edit this toggle on already existing environnement.
