I have not been able to get a document to import into the Suggest Topics. It wont parse a CSV or DOC properly. Keep getting errors.
I have followed the instructions EXACTLY. Why not include samples for us to use? It's obvious the format needs to be specific.
Currently the Suggested tab area is disabled for 10 hours at the moment, the message
"Getting your suggestions. This may take several minutes" has been just hanging there.
Can't cancel the operation? Or reset?
Thanks for any help
haha, yes. So my team member added a 40 page Word Doc with about 500 terms and definitions. I don't know how many MB but as a first time import it was way too much.
Just for curiosity's sake, define huge?
update, apparently the doc we loaded was HUGE and it took 24 hrs exactly to finally load.
Lesson learned!
it is a public URL, no credentials needed.
apologies but where do I go to open a ticket?
Not sure if it can ingest directly from a github URL, they need to be public URLs. Here is another file you can try: https://github.com/Azure-Samples/cognitive-services-sample-data-files/blob/master/qna-maker/data-source-formats/QnA%20Maker%20Sample%20FAQ.xlsx Ill keep an eye out for the ticket!
It's tiny. I created a this file to test it. At this point its been hanging for about 15 hours or so
how many rows are you trying to import? How long has it been hanging?
Thank you for the link, looks helpful.
I'll be opening a ticket, it's still hanging.
Under the hood, we are using technology from QnAmaker, so the following structured data formats should inport cleanly into the tool
