Hello,
I am using SharePoint List "Customize Forms" option to create a PowerApp as I want it to be accessed by external parties. This works well but I am trying to find out what url can be used in an email for users to be able to Edit their form submissions, so that once clicked their form opens in edit mode. The standard edit item in the SharePoint list opens a blank form, and only when I click the Edit All button located to the top of the form, then am I presented with the edit form with fields previously populated. This can be confusing to users so I am trying to find out how best to have this setup where once someone clicks a link, it takes them straight to that form. Any guidance appreciated.
Hi @joshieboy ,If you want to send direct link of Edit form, you can use below URL format - <site collection/subsiteURL>/Lists/<ListName>/EditForm.aspx?ID=<ID>
Hello @NandiniBhagya20 - thank you very much for the feedback. This works well. Greatly appreciated.
