If I build a PVA chatbot in Teams, what are the options later for upgrading to the full PVA or Premium features, ideally into a Power Platform environment?

Specifically...

Can I export/migrate a bot created in the Teams Power Virtual Agent app environment to the Power Platform and a selected environment, to be able to use in Solutions? (and disconnected from Teams)
Or are my only options to upgrade the bot via the Manage --> Channels and selecting Demo website or Custom website.

Are there differences in pricing/licensing between the two? What is the recommended approach for such a scenario?
