Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am building a form like below using 2 different SharePoint lists. The columns "Item" and "Criteria" are always the same so I have taken them into the list "Checklist Summary Master" and connected to main gallery. The 2nd list called "Checklist Summary Data" where I wanted to give fill in options for the end users. The list has "Status" (single line of text) and "Details" (Multiple lines of text). Both these columns should be editable in the gallery. Now how do I connect these 2 lists using nested galleries so I can collect all 4 columns data on a single submission.
