    Hello,

    Did you replaced a direct acces to your source by a collection in the gallery where you select the item to edit in your form ?

    You can try to replace ThisItem.Attachment by

    Lookup(
     YourListName,
     ID=ThisItem.ID
    ).Attachments

    Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily.

    for the additional info of the error, ThisItem.Attachments = This formula uses scope, which is not presently supported for evaluation.

    I'm having this problem too.

    I tried to back up the authoring version and so far it's working. Hopefully they fix the current authoring version.
