    Hi Ozmike,

Do you want to show emails on your App? I have seen an article about “Office 365 Outlook”, hope this could be a reference for you:
    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/connection-office365-outlook/

About your second question, what do you mean by “what methods are available for a data source”? This article about PowerApps data source for a reference:
    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/working-with-data-sources/

    Best regards,

    Hi Ozmike,

I create a connection from PowerApps to Outlook.com. Then create an App to send email using this connection. My steps for a reference:
    1. Add three Text Box controls, name them as To Email Address, Subject, Body.
    2. Add three Text Input controls, put them under three Text Box controls.
    3. Add a button, and configure the Onselect property as 'Outlook.com'.SendEmail(TextInput1.Text,TextInput2.Text,TextInput3.Text)

    outlook send email.PNG

In Preview mode run the App, fill an email address and subject and body in each box, click the Send Email button, an email would be sent.

The steps are the same with the connection to Office 365 outlook. You could also try with other actions.

If you need more information, please feel free reply.

    Best regards,

    Hi Ozmike,

If you connect to Outlook.com, you can show, send, delete, and reply to email messages, in addition to other tasks the same as Office 365 Outlook.

Please try with it and if you need more help, please free reply.

    Best regards,

After the email is sent, could either one of these actions take place?

All text fields would be cleared out OR display a text field saying "Email Sent"

    Hi Mabel

I have just started trying this one - works well - however can't see how to download attachments. I created a colection and clicked on the attachments field in the collection  of a row I knoew there was an attachment and it caused a crash and restart. Also can't think which entity to insert into the form to accept the attachments or links to same

Am sure you can solve this !!

    Cheers

    Richard
