Hey,
We were looking for a basic ability for bot to learn from the questions and answers the agents provide that can be used as suggestion the chatbot replies to users before it connects them to live agent. Like i heard QnA maker does similar stuff and can i be able to mimic it over here?

If your website has a Faq page, you simple can add the url and all the faq will be added to PVA automatically.
Login to PVA > Topics > Suggested topics > enter the url of the FAQ page and follow the instructions.
After reviewing your topics, create the triggers, turn the topics on and place them wherever you need on your bot structure or leave the users to ask questions and the bot automatically will pick up the topics relevant to the triggers.
