Dataverse Currency column max value limited to 9999

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue in Microsoft Power Apps / Dataverse when creating a new Currency column in a table.

When I try to set the Maximum Value, I can’t enter anything higher than 9999.

Does anyone know why this limitation exists and whether there’s a workaround or solution for it?

    Perhaps you want to abandon your current attempt to create this column and start from scratch. When I was trying to re-produce the issue, I could not, but did uncover the actual limit on the maximum maximum value:
