I have a table that I want to export to Excel in order to make a dashboard in it. I need dynamic data so I can dump a dynamic worksheet and a dynamic pivot table. Please tell me how they differ from each other and what is better for creating a dashboard? Thank you in advance!

I would suggest looking at the "Excel Templates" available in the top menu of your view. This allows you to create a template that will take the dynamic data in the view and it will also allow you to create dashboards, pivot tables etc. within that Excel file. Once you load it back into the environment it will be available to run at any time. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales-professional/manage-excel-templates)

On the Dynamic Worksheet vs. Dynamic Pivot:

Dynamic Worksheet – a worksheet that once saved can be refreshed to reflect the latest version of the data.
Dynamic PivotTable – very similar to a dynamic worksheet but creates an Excel pivot table instead of a data list
