We have a PowerApp that displays images from the SharePoint document library behind a Yammer Community. A flow triggers when a user creates a message in the Yammer community. If there is an image attachment to the Yammer message, the flow finds the file in the document library and adds some Yammer values, like message id and message url, to custom columns in the library for the file.

The PowerApp has a gallery displaying a filtered collection of images from the library sorted by number of likes. Clicking an image sends the user to the Yammer message. Gallery items also have a thumbs up icon that let's the user "like" an image through the Yammer connector LikeMessage(message id).

We surface this app on a modern page using the react-enhanced-powerapps web part. The Embed web part, or Microsoft's PowerApps web part, also work. We also ran the PowerShell command to bypass consent.

The problem we are having is with ZScaler. Users that authenticate into ZScaler then browse to the SharePoint page with the PowerApp are asked to Sign in to Yammer the first time they browse there. It works after that even if they later return to the page with ZScaler turned off.

Users that do not authenticate into ZScaler see the "This app stopped working. Try refreshing your browser." error. However, once they authenticate into ZScaler, return to the SharePoint page and click the Sign in button for Yammer, the app works as expected from then on even when they are not authenticated into ZScaler.

This issue appears to be due to the Yammer connection in the PowerApp. If there is no Yammer connection, then the app works for all users regardless of whether they ever authenticated into ZScaler. Does anyone know of a way to configure ZScaler to get around this first-time Sign-in issue with Yammer?
