The Customer Lookup is a Multi Entity lookup for Contact and Account.I have account and contact dual write setup.
Not i have a Customer lookup in a case and i am sync from F&0. The issue is on the case has a customer which maps to either a contact or account depending on case. the same in f&0 as there case has a party id which can accommodate both.
When i create the sync the intital sync
I ended resolving this
1) Creating a field in F&0 to store person and organization saperately.
2) On the dataverse i created a Contact lookup and Account lookup.
3) On Dual write i setup them to update each other using the Account Number as Alternate Key
4) Wrote a plugin that on value set of either, update the Customer field,
5) The Plugin does the reverse to set these two fields in the dataverse and sending the info to F&0
