Combobox multiple value store and retrieve

The is one issue I have not been able to find a solution to in this group or by searching Google.

- If I save a multiple value result from a combo box (e.g. "One&Two&Three") and field in SQL (NOT SharePoint) and then

- Retrieve the data "One&Two&Three" back to the combox it seems to be correct, and when I have the data back to sql the result is blank.

I know there are a lot of solution there, but they dont actually work (according to comments to the "solution"). Is this simply not possible?

    Very possible, but can you supply more information on the formulas you have for your DefaultSelectedItems property, the Items property and if this is NOT in an EditForm, then the Formula you are using to submit the data to your SQL table.

    Were you able to work through your issue or do you still need help?

    A partly workaround is is check is the multi value check box have been checked and not try to do a save if this unchanged. The problem is till that you will need reselect all selected items, because when PowerApps are retrieving data if looking for an ID not the same - i belive.
    Anyway, here is my bode in DefaultSelectedTems, and are more then grateful for any comments that canbring me one step further.

    If(varMode<>"New";
    ForAll(
    Filter(
    RenameColumns(
    Split(
    LookUp(
    Sporsmal;
    Nummer = varValgtNummer;
    Profil
    );
    "&"
    ); "Result"; "Value");
    !IsBlank(Value)
    );
    {Value: Value}
    ))

    It depends.  Is this in an EditForm?  Is Sporsmal the datasource for your form?

    Yes, its a edit form, and Sporsmal is the source.
