SharePoint List Customized Form

I have 2 users that are unable to access a SharePoint List Customized PowerApps form.  The one user is receiving this error message when opening up the form:
Others are able to open and submit the form without any issues.  I removed the user from the global list of users in the site collection, cleared browser cache and removed credentials in credential manager.  When restarted the form loads, but with the login Allow screen, it won't let the user refresh connections.

I have the same question (0)

    Is the user internal or expernal ? There will be an issue for an external user with that function. Also does the user have an Office365 Licence ?

    @WarrenBelz The users are internal and they have licenses.

    This sounds like a permissions issue - are the lists Onboarding and WorkLocations separate from the one that this app is integrated with ? If so, check the permssions on those two lists. The UserProfile error is a bit strange for an internal user though - what code are you using with this function ?

    @WarrenBelz Both of these list are on the same site with the same permissions.

    The UserProfile code:  App OnStart:
    Set(varUser, Office365Users.UserProfileV2(User().EntraObjectId).mail);

    Switched it getting the EntraOjectId, because of the issue.  Thinking the Email wasn't resolving.
