Hi

I am working with two sharepoint lists, "List1 - Open", "List 2 - Archive" both have exactly the same columns. I am trying to append the lists into one single lists within powerapps so all the items can be viewed in a single gallery. List 2 has over 12,000 items and list one 2000, when i create a collection i am not seeing all the items within the gallery.

Collection Code
ClearCollect(CompleteList,'List1 - Open','List 2 - Archive')

I understand this is due to the amount of items in the sharepoint lists and the collection limit but is there a different approach i should be using to be able to view and filter this data?

Kind rehards

This is due to the delegation limit in power apps.

The maximum you are going to be able to collect with that code is 2,000 from each list. I have a blog that may allow collection of all items - you will however need to have a unique numeric identifier other than the ID in both lists (you can actually copy the ID into this field when the record is created).

I will however caution you that collections much more than 4,000 - 5,000 records suffer performance issues, which increase the bigger the number - 14,000 items will likely cause some challenges in user expectations.
