Fields are Blank in List Item

Hello,

When I click on a SharePoint item to edit the fields, some of the fields are blank. Even though I filled out the form with all that info. That info DOES populate an excel sheet through power automate as well as power BI. But for some reason, some fields are blank when going to edit the actual list item

Any help would be great, Thanks!

Hi @Theandster33 , As i can see that all three control has default fields blank. For Expected Start Date the DefaultDate should be

    ThisItem.'Expected Start Date'

default for Time Equipment Is Occupied should be

    ThisItem.'Time Equipment Is Occupied'

and for OFC Testing Machine Asset #

    ThisItem.'OFC Testing Machine Asset #'

    I hope this helps.

I have replaced all data card default items to ThisItem."Name of Data Card" but still not seeing the fields stay populated when going into edit mode.

Never mind it worked, you have to put ThisItem.'Whatever name is' in the defualt item of the control AND the data card itself. Some of them have default and defaultselected items, I put ThisItem.'Whatever name is' in both and it worked.

    Thanks for the help!
