I want to create a case management solution but am unsure what path to take, a D365 solution or a Power App.
The audience is government so will have D365 licences ... probably E5.
I want to be able to have the following functionality:
- History of changes of data
- Be able to connect power bi to the data and perhaps have power bi reports in the solution.
- Email from the solution and have emails from clients go back to the solution (for example by using a case number in the subject line).
- Workflows for approvals.
- Document storage for each case.
- Template letters using data from the solution.
Would you recommend starting a solution in D365 or Power apps? Or some combination of both?
I would welcome ideas, thoughts and guidance.
