Hi there,

Quick question here?

I have a drop down in my app that is linked with my Share Point lists "Vendor"

If I select a vendor frorm the list, I would like to see the rest of the vendor information in one label or several labels. For instance:

Drop Down = Marketing International LLC

Option 1

Label1 = Rich Text

123 Confederation Park Way

Toronto, Ontario

Canada

M4H 13S

Sales Contact:

Mr. Sales Vendor

Option2 =

Label1 "Lookup" = 123 Confederation Park Way

Label2 "Lookup" = Toronto, Ontario

Label3 "Lookup" = Canada

Label4 "Lookup" = M4H 13S

Sales Contact:

Label5 "Lookup" = Mr. Sales Vendor

What is the best way to have this info in my app?

What about if I ADD a Text column in my share point list "Rich Text" concatenating all those fields" or maybe with a JSON format? I don't know nothing about JSON BTW.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Regards.

You stated that the dropdown is linked to Vendor.

Then also said: Drop Down = Marketing International LLC

    Are there two dropdowns?

Also what is option 1 and 2

    Please explain further

    Hi there,

Thank you very much for your prompt response.

You stated that the dropdown is linked to Vendor. A/ Corrrect

Then also said: Drop Down = Marketing International LLC A/ This is just a Sample

Are there two dropdowns? A/ No

Also what is option 1 and 2

A/ option 1 and option 2 is in case I have one big label with all the values concatenated.

Option 2 is have the same values but separated by labels.

    Hi @sajarac ,

    The Option1 :

    1. Add a HTML text control on the screen
    2. In HTMLtext property write the below formula

    LookUp(VendorsList,vendor.displayname=dropdown.selected.value,Title &"<br>"&ID)

    Option 2:
    1. Add multiple labels for each field you want and repeat the lookup formula for each label as below

    LookUp(VendorsList,vendor.displayname=dropdown.selected.value,Title)

Note: I am assuming vendor is a people picker field in your list

I hope this resolved your issue if you see any challenge/need further help please let me know I am always happy to do it for my community.

    Regards,
    Krishna
