I made an entity to recognise product code from the answer to a question.... I have another entity ready to recognise the Product family (is the first part of the product code) but I don't know how to insert it in the diagram.
The scenery is the following:Cp propts a question to userUser answer and actually I recognise the product code (ie: XYZ123-3435) when present but user may even answer XYZ123 that is not a complete product code. My second entity is able to recognise XYZ123 as the product family but I can't make another question to user: how can I design the blocks of the topic???
If I use this way CP always asks me "A quale famiglia appartiene il prodotto?" and it works correctly extracting product family from user answer, but my target is to get product family directly from previous answer without the need of another question... is there a way?

Could you please share more details about your scenario? What is the trigger of the topic?
The idea came to me that using a number variable to check the length of user response, in a condition for different circumstances go to different results.

Hi @v-jefferni thank you for your advice, but once Product's Code and Product's Family are recognized I store them in a couple of variables and use them in a serie of power automations to check data related to both informations (availability, price, discounts, ...) so if I check only answer's lenght I don't obtain the info I need.
No suggestions? I simply need to recognize two entities in the same user's answer...
