Offline form creating two forms when saved offline

Hello,

I have recently created an app that has offline functionality. The app allows you to create forms online and offline that will have it to a collection when offline. Once online you can select the form from the collection and it will navigate you to a pending form screen where you can patch the form to SP.

However i have been having some issues. Whenever I create a form offline it creates two identical forms and whenever i go to patch the form, it wont remove itself from the pending form gallery. Does anyone know how to resolve any of these issues?

Could you describe more clearly about " it creates two identical forms"?

I found that when you are offline, your app will save the data in the form as a collection and then the collection's data will be saved in a local file.

When you are online, your app will load the data in the local file.

I've checked that your formula is right.

I made some modifications to the app and put in the most up to date zip file in the main post.

What I mean by two identical forms is that whenever I save a form offline on the "New Form Screen" it creates two of the exact same forms (as shown in the image "two_saves" below). For some reason whenever I go to Patch on the Pending form screen image below, it navigates to the home screen and does not properly patch to SP. It gives me this error message (image below) and I do not know what it means.
