No tiene acceso para hablar con el bot. - Sitio web de demostración

Buena noche para todos, 

 

Les quiero preguntar, estoy intentando probar mi chat bot por medio del Sitio Web de demostración, sin embargo al empezar la conversación aparece el mensaje de "No tiene acceso para hablar con el bot. " no se como podría solucionarlo, si saben como les agradezco, muchas gracias!!
