I'm quite new to Power Apps, been learning it for a month for now. For some reasons, the gallery in Power Apps failed to load and display existing data from SharePoint List. Here are some initiatives I've attempted to solve the problem:

1) Removed and re-added the data connection of SP List. Failed.
2) Created new list(table), manually inserted few rows of data from the SP List, and then connect into Power Apps and tried to load the new data using Data Tables (Preview) to see whether there are any data in the list. Result- No data detected/ the list is empty.

3) Created new Power Apps canvas and tried to do step no.2 again. Failed.

I'm pretty much open to any suggestion on how to solve this issue. Thank you for the attention.

    Hi @ethel-cmm ,

I will start with the basic things - what is the Items of the gallery and I assume you have put labels in it with the fields you want to display.

    Hi @WarrenBelz ,
Yes I put labels in it with the fields I want to display.
    Further details:
    - In the SP List (named as Work Order Management), I have 3 columns named 'Work Order No. ', 'Work Order Desc.' and 'Justification'. And I have manually inserted several rows of data into the list.
    - So moving on to the Power Apps, I added new Gallery with data sourced from the list 'Work Order Management'. I have set the gallery layout to just show Title ('Work Order Desc.') and Subtitle('Work Order No.').
    - On the Gallery - Items, I set it to be just this, 'Work Order Management', in order to display existing data in the list. (I purposely skipped the search or filter function part, because I really want to check what is the root of this issue)
    - Still, the gallery appeared to be blank. No data for 'Work Order No.' and 'Work Order No.' are displayed.
    - I tried to add data tables (preview) and using the same data source, and there was no data were displayed as well. (Message: We didn't find any data to show at this time)

    Hi @ethel-cmm ,

OK - some basic debugging. Put this on a Label (ignore the Delegation warning) and see if you get the number of records in the list

    CountRows('Work Order Management')

I tried it with a different list to a different project and the number of rows were displayed.
However, when I tried with the 'Work Order Management' list, it didn't show anything.

    @ethel-cmm ,

That confirms that the issue is not the gallery (there is nothing for it to display). Obvious question I know (but nowhere else to go), are you connected to the correct list and can you see records in SharePoint ?

@WarrenBelz, yes the gallery wasn't the issue. Pretty sure I'm connected to the correct list, and I can see records in SharePoint if I try to input data using form in Power Apps. I actually already deleted the list and simply created a new one and now the gallery works fine, for now. Just like you said, I really need to learn some basic debugging here and there ahahahaha Thank you for your help! Really appreciate it.

Any update on this? I also encounter the problem for a sharepoint list that does not feedback to the gallery.
