Link powerapp to scale indicator

Hi all,

Newbie here. I'm  looking at creating a mobile powerapp that will link to a weigh scale indicator that has wifi/bluetooth capabilities.

Can this be done and generally, how and also what information do I need from the scale manufacturer?
