Error when publishing to Teams (Teams Authentication)

Everything works fine in the PVA dashboard, but when i try to publish to Teams it will not authenticate. I noticed the following error - 
 
Create generative answers 0
There is an error: 'AuthenticationInputNotEnabled'
 
I also made the suggested change in Azure Portal.

    In the Settings under Security >Authentication did you set the Authentication to be Teams?

    What website are you using for the generative answers?  Is it the SharePoint site that the Team is using?

    I ran into this exact same issue and symptoms.  I managed to find this video online that helped me to resolve the issue.  I hope it helps you as well.
